About Patti
Though Patti Howell has spent years in the financial arena, her heart has always belonged in real estate. At age 10, her mother presented three homes they could buy for the family, and Patti chose the one she felt was best for all of them. By age 20, Patti was known around campus for helping her college friends make their rooms and apartments into homes.
Over the years, countless friends and family members have relied on Patti to find and create living spaces that feel right and work best for them. Patti’s work has been featured in Better Homes and Gardens and even landed her contractor Oprah’s kitchen-remodel in Montecito. Additionally, her finishes have helped many builders demand the highest value for their homes.
Patti’s motto is “Client first,” and she prides herself on creating long-lasting relationships. Whether she’s finding a buyer their perfect home in the Beach Cities, or impeccably staging and marketing one to obtain the best possible price, Patti’s goal is the client’s goal. She’s known for taking charge of the process and delivering a smooth, stress-free, and profitable real estate experience.
Patti moved to California in 2001 and currently lives in Manhattan Beach. Fitness and healthy living are daily rituals for this native Midwesterner, and her passion is inspiring those around her to be kind, caring, compassionate, and helpful to others. Her mission to help people has turned into a global CSR initiative that provides health and wellness tools to schools. Patti’s work has regularly been featured in the media: She’s received numerous awards and recognition, and the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation published her CSR initiative as a success. In her free time, Patti enjoys every minute she can grab with her two adult kids, her women’s groups, and friends. She feels fortunate to live in Manhattan Beach, where she can hike, bike, and play tennis.
