During a long career as a sales executive for Warner Bros. Television, Andy was responsible for negotiating multi-million dollar contracts. A smooth closing is a skill he has professionally cultivated.
Extending his emphasis on integrity beyond the workplace, Andy believes in personally investing in more than just real estate. Actively involved in his community, he volunteers at his children’s schools and tutors elementary school students in neighboring communities through the Reading Partners program.
